The company

Founded by students of Engineering and Computing at USP, Cyber1 Group began its trajectory on September 1994, by the creation of a pioneering company dedicated to I.T.

Nowadays, Cyber has its headquarters in Sao Paulo – Brazil, besides call centers localized in Sao Paulo countryside, Belo Horizonte and Joinville, everyone in Brazil.

Always focused on service excellence and customer satisfaction, Cyber1 Group follows international normative premises dictated by ISO 9001. For this propose, we implemented procedures at quality management process to ensure standardization and quality of the services offered to our customers and partners, without forgetting the investments on our employees.

For these reasons, combined with our daily efforts for development, the Cyber1 Group was recognized and rewarded twice in 2009: trophies Top of Business and Top Empresarial de Incentivo a Qualidade (Top Enterprise of Quality Incentive) became part of our collection of achievements.

Besides many technology solutions developed, Cyber1 Group internationally highlights for the creation of a software specific to automotive quality management, which is now used for large companies, including some international ones, to control their quality production before the pieces get to our cars.

Engaged to environmental responsibilities, Cyber1 Group greatly invest in technology resources creating computer structure centered in Data Center with server virtualization, high technology equipments used in the offices, all of this according to IT green concepts, contributing to low footprint and general awareness about environmental preservation on IT area. As a result, was recognized and certified by a non-governmental organization that validates companies’ process low footprint proven with the ~Software Verde certificate (Green Software).

Engaged to social causes, Cyber is a Fundação Abrinq’s partner and even contribute to non-governmental companies that supports children and teenagers in Brazil. The main reason to this partnership is helping brazilian people to have a full life by education, respect and opportunities.

Another important consideration is employee training and their welfare either, while in or outside the company. For both Cyber1 Group seeks to provide a healthy and relaxed working place and constant training programs. Theses make employees interested and involved with their jobs.

As a goal, Cyber aims make its main product, QualityManager, widely recognized and used all over the world, being the only software to link customers and suppliers independently of their location, constantly innovating and giving a step ahead of market needs.

With all this infrastructure and know-how, Cyber1 attends to any specific client need, highlighting services performance and flexibility.
